All You Need to Know
We are only shipping once a week.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience for our loyal customers, and we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and we promise to continue providing you with the same delicious brews that you have come to know and love.
We only ship to Denmark
We currently only ship to Denmark due to cross-border alcohol taxes. We are working on solutions for shipping internationally.
Shipping is free for all orders over DKK 500 in Denmark.
If you order for less than DKK 500, shipping is DKK 86 for a home delivery or DKK 76 for delivery to a business address (erhverv) or 55 to a Service Point
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
This Return Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from Stepping Stone Brewing Company ApS ("we," "us," or "our") webshop. By making a purchase from our webshop, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within [number of days] days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was delivered.
The return/exchange request must be initiated within 2 business days.
Any promotional items or freebies included with the purchase must also be returned.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team by firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return/exchange process, including providing you with a return shipping label if applicable.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Attach the return shipping label to the package (if provided) and ship it back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund/exchange according to the terms outlined in this Policy.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that the following conditions apply to refunds:
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Any discounts or promotions applied to the original purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant, please follow the return process outlined in this Policy and indicate your preference for an exchange. We will process the return and ship the requested exchange item, subject to availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for the return/exchange of the damaged or defective product at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Personalized or customized items.
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
